That’s me, Caroline, in Seattle, Washington in the summer of 2015. I live in Texas with my family and work as a nanny to several wonderful families where I homeschool the kids and help wherever I can. I love the cold, mountains, pine trees, and large bodies of water which doesn’t work so well in Texas but I escape to Washington every chance I get, about once a year right now. I love the piano and photography and I am constantly reading at least 3 books at a time.
I love Timothy Keller and David Platt and can never get enough of their convicting messages through books and sermons. I love my church a ridiculous amount and I enjoy the community that it provides so much. I can spend hours at health food stores and I’m starting to love cooking, particularly if it means using sriracha sauce.
I am an ISTJ through and through and I’ve been embarking on the minimalism journey since the fall of 2014 which brings us to this blog’s purpose. I love photography, as I said before, and I love getting to share snippets of my life and adventures I get to take with friends and family. So I quit Facebook (hip hip hooray!!) and restarted my blog on a different format so I can still share pictures with others and quite possibly actually use my big camera in daily life!
